My favorite thing about being a Personal Fitness Trainer is being a role model to people of all ages and helping people help themselves. I hear again and again how I “change peoples lives.” Of course, this makes me even more passionate and motivated about what I do!

Choosing a personal trainer is a very personal decision. Here are some key factors based on my fitness philosophy to encourage you to come workout at Racquel’s Addiction Fitness!

1) FIND A TRAINER YOU CAN RELATE TO AND FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH.

A fitness program is like a relationship, it takes commitment, dedication, communication and chemistry! My assistant, Betsy Mihalakos and I are real people who have the same lives as many of you.

We are working mothers. We can’t just workout all day and we don’t live glamorous fitness model lives.We juggle our 9:00 – 5:00 jobs and our responsibilities at home with our toddler boys.

Like many others we question ourselves:

What should I eat when I am rushing around all day and all that’s in my diaper bag are kid’s snack packs?

How do I muster up the motivation to workout after chasing around a high-energy toddler?

Do I deserve to take the time from my family to work on improving myself?

How did we maintain our physiques throughout pregnancy and bounce right back after? We are committed to health, exercise and fitness.

Our clients are all ages, body types and fitness levels.  We don’t prescribe the same workout routine and diet to everyone. We understand every body and every metabolism is different. We want you to have the tools to make a fitness lifestyle work for you.
