Our studio is located in The Parkville Design district of Hartford. We are located in the same building as Hog River Brewery and Caral Lounge. There is plenty of parking in the front parking lot on Park Street as well as Bartholomew Street and the parking lot immediately across from our building. We are on the 2nd floor in Suite 213. We have a bright and sunny Loft Space with tons of natural light to keep a positive energy flow. We have large windows and ceiling fans and central air for the summer. Our studio is 3200 square feet and has held up to 60 participants in a group class. We have a New York studio type of feel with mirrors and a modern lobby. We do not have shower facilities but there are areas you can change into your workout clothes.
